Processing & delivery

Orders are processed promptly after checkout. Delivery timing varies by destination and carrier service, and any delivery estimate is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

Review the shipping charge and delivery information shown at checkout before completing your purchase.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Holidays, weather and carrier disruptions may affect transit times.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Keep your order number and proof of purchase. Return instructions, including the correct return destination, must be confirmed before you send a package. Use a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt.

A free promotional bottle has no separate cash refund value. A refund cannot exceed the amount paid for the returned merchandise.
